Natural Rosé Wine 

Alfredo Maestro, beginning, in 1998, took place in a family garage in Peñafiel (Valladolid), where everything was manual, no machines. Little by Little the first wines began to be sold in the same garage, but quickly it became too small. Now he's found success all over the globe while being mainly biodynamic or no intervention (depending on the year), traditional thumb pruning with two buds, mulch whenever possible, mulch with straw and biofertilizers.
A plot wine, from Cigales (Valladolid). One of the oldest vineyards in the area, its composition is based on the Tempranillo grape and accompanied by a large multitude of other white and red varieties. Recovering the magic of the classic clarets from Cigales. The spirit of a land. 

The vines belong to a 4 acre vineyard called SOBRECASA, located in Cigales (Valladolid) planted in 1936 and with an altitude of 745 meters above sea level, the land is alluvial gravel. Made in the style of an aged Claret.
