Natural Orange Wine

Vinification: 100% destemmed, skin fermented for 6-14 days in amphorae and fiber tanks. 65% aged in amphorae, 35% aged in stainless steel tanks. Fermented with wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, and no added sulfites.

Tasting Notes: The aroma is fresh and has a sweetness characteristic of table grape varieties. The taste is just as fresh as the aroma, with a lively sweet and sourness derived from fruit reminiscent of oranges, just like the color. The extraction of astringency and bitterness from maceration is mild, and the finish is clean and refreshing, making it a pleasant drink.
