Grape Republic 'Aromatico Frizzante'

Natural Pet Nat Orange Wine

Made with 100% Yamagata Prefecture grapes. A variety of grapes are blended, centered around Delaware grapes that were skin-contacted for 24 hours. Direct-pressed Steuben grapes are also blended just before bottling. The Steuben grapes are blended while still retaining their sugar content, and continue to ferment in the bottle. No added antioxidants.

Tasting Notes: The aroma is aromatic, reminiscent of tropical fruits like mango and banana. The taste also has the same tropical fruit nuances as the aroma. While fresh, the cloudiness is mellow on the palate and the acidity is mild. The umami flavor spreads gradually. The strong carbonation creates a well-balanced drinking experience with the cloudiness.
